Application

The basic application process:

Initial phone conversation
Complete & return the application
CYFM mails out reference forms for the applicant
We schedule a visit & interview here at CYFM (usually when we are running retreat). The visit give our applicants a chance to see the retreat center, the retreat staff in action, the typical teens with whom we work, the area we live/work, etc. Plus it gives us a chance to see the potential volunteer interacting on retreat. This allows us to determine if we are a good fit for them and if they are a good fit for us.
After we review the returned reference forms & if it is a good fit for everyone, we prayerful extend on offer.
