Retreat Ministry
Our volunteers help design & lead retreats. They share their faith through witness talks and leading small group discussions.
CYFM offers a variety of retreats, primarily for high school aged students and those preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
We work with over 20 local parishes and many area high schools.
CYFM offers Confirmation retreats, class retreats for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, & Seniors, Leadership Retreats, 7th/8thGrade overnights, Family Retreats, College Retreats, Living Stations of the Cross, dances, and much more.
The heart of our retreat ministry is our Day-by-Day Agape (DDA) retreat, based in the Crusillo tradition. During this 4-day retreat participants experience God’s unconditional love, encounter the mysteries central to our Catholic faith, and grow in their understanding what it means to be a part of our Christian tradition. Teenagers give witness talks & lead prayer services alongside the adults of the CYFM community who journey with them as mentors and spiritual directors.
